The News items act as press releases. It is built with the News option in the left side menu.

The content is built with the block editor in the same way as pages.
Special Features
News Topics
For each post, choose Topcis. These items are displayed under the name of the post. Visitors to the site can sort by taxonomy to find stories they are interested in. 'Related Posts' in the left sidebar are chosen based on the topics.
Excerpt
Add a summary to grab the visitor. This is displayed at the top of the post and on the post list.
