Getting the workshop registration going

Steps for Rachel

1. Add a radio button field with admin label of ‘workshop_choice’

2. Update the query string in the confirmation to {workshop_choice:XX:value}

Steps for Nichole

1. Update and publish the Fall Workshops record. We can’t do any testing without this published.

2. Add additional information to the “Message” of the Registration Confirmation Notification (this can be found when editing the form Settings > Notifications). The message content will be appended to the information about the session in the email.

3. Make sure the following pages are published:

   1. Download Workshop Registrations (page for campus users)

   2. Thank you for Registering (page that the form directs to)

   3. Workshop Registration: Only publish this page when you are ready for folks to sign up.

4. Submit a few test submissions.

   1. Check that the page displays properly.

   2. Check that the email displays as you want it.

5. Check that registration downloads are working from both the admin and the front of the site:

Campus user downloads

1. Users can go here: https://uwhelp.wisconsin.edu/counselors/fall-workshops/download-workshop-registrations/

1. They will be prompted to log in. They should use the ‘Lost your password’ option to reset their password.

1. They should then be able to log in and download the registrations.
