Gravity Forms Plugin

Gravity Forms Plugin

Overview: This will serve as a guide to Link Gravity Forms to a page so a form can be created.

Note: All styles that are applied to the forms are populated automatically as the forms are created. This was set up by the web team and created internally. They can not be edited by configuring the plugin. The web team would have to make any visual changes.

In order to get any form to show up, you must create a page and link it. This document assumes that the user knows how to create a page and a form.

Once you have created the page you will have to link Gravity forms to it. To do this you will click on the plus and embed the forms element into your page.

Next, once you clicked on “Embeds”, you will see the “forms” icon. Click on that.

Gravity forms will now be embedded in the page. You will now have to select your form from the “Select a Form“ dropdown menu. When you have done that, the form you selected will be embedded in the page.
