Helpdesk

The Helpdesk content consists of three main parts:

• Knowledgebase Articles

• Forms

• Announcements

Helpdesk Pages

All pages created for the Helpdesk should use the Helpdesk template and be a child of the main Helpdesk page. These settings are found in the right sidebar under Page Attributes.

Helpdesk Contact Information

On pages with the Helpdesk template, knowledgebase pages, and announcement pages, Helpdesk-specific contact information displays in the footer.

To edit this information, navigate on the left side menu to Appearance > Widgets and edit the Heldpesk Footer widget area.

Helpdesk Breadcrumbs

If desired, breadcrumbs can be used for Helpdesk pages. To control their visibility, navigate to Knowledgebase > Settings on the left side menu and toggle the Knowledgebase breadcrumbs setting.
